We are currently investigating some issues with customer branding (logos, custom media) not appearing on our portal and customer access portal.
We have seen no further issues, this incident is now resolved.
We have made some changes within our infrastructure and can see services resuming. We are still investigating the root cause of the problem and continue to monitor performance.
We are seeing problems with access to our NAS for storage, this will be affecting all access to invoices and usage statements, including the ability to generate them.
