We are currently investigating an outage of our database cluster which appears to be having networking issues.
The issue has been resolved.
The database cluster is back and we're keeping an eye on it.
There is some network maintenance occurring in the racks hosting our database cluster which are resulting in downtime of the internal vRack system.
We've been told the work should be done in the next hour, and are looking at ways to mitigate in the meanwhile.
