The secondary NAS server handling file storage for the Billingbooth Classic failed earlier today resulting in a lack of redundancy for the primary NAS. No data has been lost and there's been no degradation in performance but just to be cautious we have decided to move all our file storage over to a new NAS this evening.
We have taken all Billingbooth Classic services offline to avoid any further writing to storage and are in the process of synchronising any recently created files with the new NAS before reconfiguring our platform to point to the new NAS.
We expect this task to take no longer than 1 hour.
