Invoices being blocked by Microsoft Edge Monday 8th April 2024 12:53:00


We have had some reports from customers that the Invoices page on the Billingbooth One portal is being blocked as "unsafe" in the Microsoft Edge browser.

An investigation into the issue reveals no problem and we believe this to be a false positive by Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. We have submitted a request to remove this blocking with Microsoft and hope to have this resolved in the next 24 hours.

The remainder of the Billingbooth One portal continues to function without problem in Microsoft Edge, and is fully functional in all other major browsers.

Customers using Microsoft Edge may need to use an alternative browser like Firefox or Chrome, or if your set up allows you can continue to view the Invoices page by accepting the risk in the browser page.

The block has been lifted, the portal is now fully operational in Microsoft Edge.
